P. J. Motsiff
The Adirondack Lynx soccer clinics are lead by P. J. Motsiff. Motsiff is a full time elementary teacher in the Glens Falls City School District. He has his masters in recreation and holds his national coaching license through the NSCAA. Prior to founding the Adirondack Lynx organization, Motsiff coached at SUNY Cortland, The College of Saint Rose and Skidmore. Motsiff also holds the position of Director of Soccer for the Golden Goal Soccer Tournament Park, a $12,000,000 residential soccer facility located near Lake George. His high school tenures have included stops at Hoosick Falls, Saratoga and Ballston Spa where his teams have won divisional and league titles. His best success has come at the club and semi-pro level though. In 2004 his Black Watch Premier U19 girls went undefeated (8-0-1) in the Northeast Division of the Super Y League and made it to the National Finals. In 2006 and 2009 He has led his Semi-professional team to the Eastern Conference play-offs in the Women’s Premier Soccer League which is one of the one of the top 5 women’s leagues in the world.
